If you have received a notice that a donor cannot make a successful payment, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log into your admin account at https://sapling.mobi/admin to see if you get any warnings about payments. As soon as you log into the admin, you will see a red box with a notice that you need to complete some verification from Stripe before payments can continue. Click the link in the notice and look for the "Incomplete" section on the next page.
  2. Contact our support team at support@sapling.mobi. Be sure to include your giving page link.
